Remuneration :

Pay scales as per revised AICTE norms.

(a) Professor:

         Not below Rs. 43,000 in the pay band of Rs. 37,000-67,000 with applicable AGP of Rs. 10,000 .

(b) Associate Professor:

         Pay band Rs. 37,400-67,000 + AGP of Rs. 9,000 .

(c) Assistant Professor:

         Pay band Rs. 15,600-39,100 + AGP of Rs. 6,000.

-IILM faculty and staff members are entitled to gratuity and EPF.

-Faculty member and staff are entitled to 15 days of earned leave and 12 days composite leave

         in a calendar year.

-ML is granted to female faculty & staff members as per Maternity Benefit Act.

-Bus service from Delhi/Ghaziabad/Noida to pick & drop back.

-Group medical insurance.
